Karen has been teaching yoga in Kingston and area for over 15 years and has practiced a variety of yoga styles. In 2010 she discovered Iyengar yoga and has not looked back. She enjoys introducing students to a style of yoga that is accessible to everyone. The clarity and precision of Iyengar yoga encourages self awareness, builds strength and increases flexibility. Karen attends workshops and classes with senior Iyengar teachers throughout Canada and is currently studying at the Iyengar Yoga Centre in Montreal in their yoga teacher training program.
